22 Durnham Dew follows Benny Sings’ acclaimed 2023 album Young Hearts, which was produced in collaboration with Kenny Beats. After decades of touring and recording, he has recently embraced a more grounded, family-focused lifestyle. “I've been totally immersed in family life lately,” Benny explains. “We bought a house, renovated it, and still are. The new music is all about that, my adult life as a real person. It sure is something.”

The album features Baby Rose, Elijah Fox, Tune-Yards and Ana Tijoux and his spouse (on You Love Me) and daughter on 22 Durnham Dew.
